All out patient clinics are located either on the ground floor or in the first basement. Consultants of all specialties have their OPD offices on the Ground Floor. Staff at the OPD Front Desk, located on the Ground Floor, will be happy to assist you with appointments, consultations and tests.
Appointments can also be booked over the phone, according to your convenience. If you are coming to Aarvy Hospital for the first time, you will be registered by the staff at the reception counter before you can see the doctor or get admitted. At the end of registration, you will be issued a unique lifetime ID number. Registration is done only once (during your first visit) and all subsequent interactions with the Hospital will only require the ID number mentioned on all your bills.
The hospital has tied up with many corporates to help their employees avail our services. If you wish to avail any of the privileges you are entitled to as the employee of such a corporate, you would be required to produce an authorization letter from your company and an identity proof.

We encourage you to always take an appointment for your visit to the hospital. This helps us manage the queue better and enables you to meet the doctor quicker. Consults need to be billed before you can go in to meet the doctor in his / her chamber. Staff at the Billing Desks located inside the OPD will be happy to assist you in this. Staff outside the doctor’s chamber will allot you your place in the queue and help you meet the doctor. They will also help you meet other specialists (if your doctor has referred you to them) and guide you through post-consult tests, if prescribed.
